All tenants have access time from 6 am to 9 pm. You can also sign up for extended hours or schedule access ahead of time.

We do not require customers to purchase insurance, but most tenants have current homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policies that will cover their belongings while in storage. For added protection, StorSmart Insurance is offered on-site for a minimal monthly fee.

We offer seasonal specials along with monthly or prepaid specials. Give us a call to learn about our current promotions.

Most moving companies need to have you on-site so check with your mover. With your permission, we are happy to open the unit for them to place your belongings inside and then lock it up after they have left.

Most units are ground level and drive-up accessible – you can even have up to an 80-foot tractor trailer truck deliver your belongings. For units above ground, a freight elevator is available.

We are staffed on during the week from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. If your question falls outside those hours, please reach out to us on our contact page and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
